Medical schemes are complex. Most members never check their statements, and the ones who do rarely know the rules.
Our approach
We combine software that reads statements quickly with people who decide what is worth pursuing. Software is good at finding candidates. It is not good at judgement, so a person reviews every case before anything is sent in your name.
What we are, and are not
- We are an advocacy service that works through your scheme’s dispute process and the Council for Medical Schemes.
- We are not a medical scheme, an insurer, or a law firm, and we do not give legal or medical advice.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, and we say so before you sign up.
How we treat your information
Health information is special personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We ask for it only with your signed consent, only what a case needs, and we explain what we do with it in our privacy policy.
