What we collect now
Only what you type into the waiting-list form: your name, email address, optionally your mobile number, a broad topic you are interested in, and your consent. We do not collect health or claim information through this website.
Why
To tell you when the service opens and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Until the service launches and you decide, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@claimguardian.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
When the service opens
Health information is special personal information. Before we handle any, we will publish a full notice and ask for your specific, signed consent.
